Saigon Silicon City (SSC) signed the contract with SAGEN for Design, Management - Project Supervision Consultant and signed the contract to assign Saigon Architecture Engineering Company (SAE) as the General Contractor.

11:00 - 16/06/2020, in Saigon Silicon City (SSC), the contract signing ceremony took place between Mr. Nguyen Minh Hieu, SSC Chairman and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tan, General Director of SAGEN. Accordingly, SSC has assigned SAGEN to design four construction items, including Center 3, Import Export Warehouse - General Services, Clubhouse - Sports Center and Square with total value 9 billion and time to complete in 165 days. At the same time, SSC also signed the contract to assign SAGEN to manage and consult the Construction Supervision Center 4 implemented by the Saigon Architecture Engineering (SAE).

At 11:30 am on the same day, the Boards of all three companies: Saigon Silicon City (SSC), SAGEN and Saigon Architecture Engineering (SAE) ground breaken the Construction and Development Project of Saigon Silicon City Area, CENTER 4.

Leaders of the units: SSC investor, SAE and SAGEN contractors, construction supervision has ground breaken construction for CENTER 4.

Earlier, on June 10, 2020 at Saigon Silicon City (SSC) office, the signing ceremony also took place between Mr. Nguyen Minh Hieu, SSC Chairman and Mr. Tran Kong Phuong, Chairman cum CEO of SAE. Accordingly, SSC has assigned SAE as the General Contractor of Center 4 of the Project with a total temporary value of VND 275.4 billion.
