Overview

Location

Land for manufacturing is at Lot I-6 and I-7 in Saigon Silicon City, which gets a total area of about 52 hectare with ground leveling and complete infrastructure, patterned the Silicon Valley model for the priority companies in semiconductor, integrated circuit fields. And the Project is located on D1 Road, a backbone road of SHTP.

Highlights in architecture

Highlight no. 1: The building combination of Centre of management and operation and support services (R&D) is defined in the harmonious and modern architecture. This building has the highest storey in the construction area (6 storeys).  

Highlight no. 2: The intersection between D1 Street and main walking aisles with open space architecture serve to exhibit outdoor products of the project.

Highlight no. 3: The central parks as well as green system are designed to be located along the internal roads and Public Square for the purpose of creating connecting spaces to each and every construction works and building a green, clean and environmentally friendly zone. 

Land use master planning

The land is divided into 33 zones correlatively to 33 construction articles with area from 0.5 ha to 1.5 ha. It consists of 4 buildings for centre of management, operation and services, 24 construction areas for factories of high technology manufacturing for lease, 1 building for centre of general services and import-export warehouse, 1 construction area for club house and sport centre, 1 exhibition, 1 infrastructure station (temporary waste collecting and processing) as well as 8 parking buildings using solar panel.

In the project discovery process, large land zones with the area from 1ha to 1.5ha can be divided into smaller land lots with smaller area, or small land lots can be combined into larger zone, based on the land use demand of secondary investors.
